Ingredients: ½ cup of flour, 2/3 cup of water, 2/3 cup of chopped scallops or other seafood, green onions, asian chives (or regular chives if you can't find), zucchini , green chili pepper, 1 ts salt, 1 egg, vegetable oil.

* Place ½ cup of flour, 1 ts salt, 2/3 cup of water in a big bowl and mix it.
* Chop ½ cup of green onions, 1 cup of asian chives and shred ½ cup of zucchini.

Ingredients
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons milk
• Large pinch of salt
• Large pinch of black pepper
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ¼ cup green bell pepper
• ¼ cup red bell pepper
• ¼ cup onion
• Grated cheese to taste (optional)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, salt, pepper, green and red peppers and onion with a fork until blended do not havemix.

Dutch Oven Sugar Cookies ½ cup butter, softened ½ tsp. Salt 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. Baking powder 1 egg 2 cups flour ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
Combine butter and sugar. Stir well. Mix in egg and vanilla.Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop onto a greased pan, aluminum. Place on an inverted pie tin to keep from burning. Bake for 6 or 7 min. Dutch oven should be about 400 degrees.
Dutch Oven Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 1 / 2 cups flour 1 tsp. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Salt 1 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 3 / 4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla sugar 2 eggs, 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Cream shortening, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.Add eggs. Mix until fluffy. Add the flour mixture a little at a time. Stir in chocolate chips. Line the bottom of Dutch oven with foil. Press cookie dough firmly into the ground. Place coals on both the top and bottom of the oven. Approx. Bake 30 minutes. Lift the cookie with the help of the foil lining. Let cool and cut into pieces.
Fruit Cobbler 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 large can fruit cocktail cinnamon butter
Pour fruit cocktail in bottom of Dutch oven.Without moving, spread the cake mix over the fruit cocktail. Season to taste with cinnamon and a few pieces of butter. Again, do not move. Cover and bake the cobbler until the top is lightly browned. Approx. 30-40 min. You can use any fruit or canned pie filling for variety. If you fill cake, use 2 cans.
S'mores 1 chocolate bar of your choice, or chocolate wafers 2 or more marshmallows 2 Graham Cracker
Toast your marshmallows on the front or coal. Breaka piece of chocolate or a couple of chocolate wafers on the biscuit. Now, the marshmallow sandwich between chocolate bars and graham crackers or wafers.
